The purpose of this study is to understand how the physical environment of dessert cafe affects the emotional response and how the physical environment and emotional response affect the purchasing attitude, The purpose of this study was to provide useful management information and implications.
The preliminary survey was conducted from February 6, 2017 to February 12, 2017, and the results of the questionnaire were verified to confirm the validity and reliability of the measurement tool. The survey was conducted from March 4 to April 30, Among the questionnaires distributed in the cafe, 422 were collected and 394 copies were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0, except for 28 questionnaires, which were not suitable for analysis. The covariance structure analysis was conducted to verify the research hypothesis. The results were as follows:
First, the commerciality, restaurant environment, convenience, and service have a significant effect on dominance. Second, commerciality, restaurant environment, convenience, and service have a significant effect on enjoyment. Third, commerciality, restaurant environment, convenience, and service have a significant effect on purchase intention. Fourth, pleasure was not significant and dominance had a significant effect on purchase intention.
