The purpose of this study is to examine the difficulties or problems, needs & educational meaning for specialization of inclusive education for early childhood teachers in inclusive settings. For this purpose as a research method, the narrative inquiry method of qualitative research was used. The results of this study are as follows: First, the difficulties for specialization of early childhood inclusive education teachers in inclusive settings are shown as short of professional knowledge, problems of managing inclusive classes, & difficult relations with parents & peer teachers. Second, the needs for specialization of early childhood inclusive education teachers in inclusive settings are shown as willingness of inclusive education teachers on inclusion & enhancement of specialization as inclusive education teachers. Third, educational meaning for specialization of inclusive education for early childhood teachers in inclusive settings are shown respect for “diversity” with others, “all together” education, & acquisition of social skills. The results of this study will provide positive recognition toward “disability & persons with disabilities” & successful inclusion for early childhood inclusive education teachers in the future.
