This study is a research of the barista education program gives influence to the job satisfaction and customer directivity, and also it shows significant difference in the relationship of job satisfaction and customer directivity, so it is proved that job satisfaction gives influence to the customer directivity.
The barista education program is executed with a lot of interest for the coffee shop employees, after all, and all the factors are significantly meaningful above the thresholds. However, it has been verified that physical environment and instructor’s qualification are more effective to enhance for job satisfaction and customer directivity of employees rather than the program and lecture contents. Reviewing the analysis result, it brings up the necessity of R & D for the barista education programs. It is required to develop the term, method, curriculum and environment suitable to the purposes of each trainee"s of barista education satisfy them. The development of barista education program would improve the company’s competitiveness and be able to bring about the differentiation. Every program has been developed over again between the diversification and uniformity, and between the objectification and subjectivization. So it is expected that the study of Barista education program can be served as a foundation for development, at the time when the barista education program is also growing and developed repeatedly.
