The total of 41,736 private certificates were registered currently. Due to the increasing of unuseful private certificates, many problems have been occurred in the business area. A barista private certificate has the same problem as well. Therefore this study is focused on analyzing the usefulness of barista private certificate and providing many students with the accurate information. And also it is to found out the managerial problems and demand the rigorous monitoring to the government. To accomplish the study purpose, we conducted three types of study, i.e. job statistic research, questionnaires survey and the interview with H.R. managers. As the result of analysis, it was founded that the number of employees were not influenced by the possession of barista private certificate regardless of the grade. And also many respondents answered that it was not helpful to get a job and the professor induced and oppressed them to get it. Therefore the professors should inform the students of the correct information to help them to get a job. And also the government should surveil the testing agencies thoroughly.
