The purpose of this study is to analyze factors influencing turnover of Aerobic Leaders. 189 questionnaires were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the more satisfied with their working conditions, the lesser they wanted turnover. Second, in regard to their working facilities, the more they were engrossed in their work and the more they were satisfied with their work, the lesser they wanted turnover. Third, in regard to external working conditions, the more opportunities of promotion were possible and the lesser they have possibilities of replace employment, the lesser they wanted turnover. The social positions were not related with turnover. Forth, there was no critical statistic differences among individual characteristics and factors influencing turnover. Thus, further studies which concern not only factors influencing turnover but also results of turnover will be needed to draw up plans of management. And to examine the causes of turnover, more detail case study of a exercise facility will be need.
