The law is an important component of society. With the changes in law and society. Changes in the law to change society, and to promote social change, a change in the law. Law and society interactions affect the development of society and the law. Therefore, the law is closely related with our lives. Although abstract, but especially constitutional changes in society will be the guidelines of a living will. That's why it's even more important that the constitutional adjudication. Common sense, the Constitution is a higher law than the law of the Constitution because it is in violation of the norms should not. Constitutional history of Korea judicial review has attempted in various ways until introducing the constitutional court system. Social integration is through the judicial review is very important that the current offers. Because it is in our society to help with a variety of value to be respected. This is a simple interpretation of the Constitution should not be a problem. Also found that the new constitution can be seen. By the Constitutional Court decision is made to various forms of institutional device for the right to protect these values can be called. The functionality of the trial, to resolve disputes through it without staying to accommodate the changing society, an opportunity that has now become reality. This includes, of course, is the premise that the needs of the community. Anyway, through this process with the normative interpretation of this society being involved in the emerging area of study is a first step to further expand.
