In this study, the relationship between tangibility, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy, which are sub-dimensions of bakery cafe kiosk service quality, on emotional response, immersion, and intention to reuse was identified. A summary of the research results and implications are presented as follows. First, responsiveness and empathy were found to have a significant effect on emotional responses. However, it was found that tangibility and certainty did not have a significant effect on emotional responses. Second, empathy was analyzed to have a significant effect on immersion. However, it was found that tangibility, responsiveness, and certainty did not have a significant effect on immersion. Third, tangibility, certainty, and empathy were found to have a significant effect on intention to reuse. However, responsiveness was found to have no significant effect on intention to reuse. Fourth, emotional response was analyzed to have a significant effect on immersion. Fifth, it was analyzed to have a significant effect on the intention to reuse emotional responses. Sixth, immersion was shown to have a significant effect on intention to reuse. Therefore, based on the analysis results, useful implications for bakery cafe kiosks were suggested.
