This study was conducted on the consumers who had experience using the restaurant company’s Instagram, which is characteristic of the information quality of the restaurant company’s Instagram. The influence of responsiveness, interest, functionality, usefulness, and reliability, which are sub-dimensions of the Instagram information quality characteristics of a restaurant company, on self-efficacy, consumer immersion, and re-use intention was investigated. Data collection was conducted from November 10 to December 10, 2021, focusing on customers who used the restaurant’s Instagram. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 355 copies were collected, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for 326 copies of which statistical analysis was possible Factor analysis and reliability verification were performed, and covariance structural analysis was performed to verify the proposed research hypothesis. The conclusions and implications of the research analysis results are presented as follows. First, it was found that responsiveness, interest, functionality, and reliability had a significant effect on self-efficacy. However, usefulness did not appear to have a significant effect on self-efficacy. Second, interest, usefulness, and reliability were found to have a significant effect on consumer immersion. However, it was found that responsiveness and functionality did not have a significant effect on consumer immersion. Third, functionality, interest, and reliability were found to have a significant effect on the intention to reuse. However, it was found that functionality and usefulness did not significantly affect the intention to reuse. Fourth, self-efficacy was found to have a significant effect on consumer immersion, and self-efficacy was found to have a significant effect on re-use intention. And it was found that consumer immersion had a significant effect on re-use intention.
