Jujube(Zyziphus jujuba. Mill) is a deciduous tree belonging to Family Rhamnaceae. The fruits of the jujube are used to fresh fruit and dried fruit for various food field. Recently, as foods that help strengthen immunity have been in the spotlight, jujube fruits which in various functional ingredients and antioxidant activity are drawing attention to their use as functional foods. This study was conducted to compare the functionality of major resources possessed by the Jujube Research Institute and use them as basic data for selection of highly functional jujube resources. Among the main resources possessed by the Jujube Research Institute, vitamin C, total polyphenols, total flavonoids, sugars content, and antioxidant activity of 14 resources were analyzed.
