The purpose of this study is to analyze various learning methods according to the motor learning using e-learning and to analyze the technical and effective values in terms of case study. The research participants selected 7 elementary and junior high school teachers in Gyeonggi-do, who have already experienced exercise instruction and hope to value professional exercise in the future. This study is a qualitative study that conducted structured interviews and semi-structured interviews while distributing and collecting questionnaires three months before in-depth interviews. The results of the analysis of the motor learning through the e-learning education are as follows :
first, In the case of e-learning education, which is somewhat heterogeneous from the existing education form, it contributes to improving the opportunity of class and quality of teaching. It helps learners of motor learning choose themselves and improve their confidence by learning them intensively and repeatedly.
second, It is also advantageous to realize image training for each action. It is a form of education that is capable of educating and having a self-directed learning system without obstacles of time and place.
third, Technological analysis of various types of cases to suggest better motivation learning results positively improved the skill improvement and interaction, and Forward and Feedback were effective.
fourth, After learning e-learning through exercise, I became confident in re-teaching and improved my ability to teach new exercise.
We analyze the process of motor learning by e-learning education and discuss it based on it. The positive effect of good counselor induction by the leader ’s RAPO can not be expected. Forward to predict the next class and to expect new class can hardly be formed. Despite the dual standards of e-Learning teaching methods and traditional direct teaching systems, I think that it is the attitude of the leaders who expect the effect of true education to make each united wisdom by taking advantage of each advantage.
