The purpose of this research was to a case analyze of the leader skill exhibition of rumba licentiate course figure by resent sport education field. A systematic observation analysis was utilized to identify the lesson of case study of skill exhibition. The subjects were selected for case collection: Foundation of Sport Academy Promotion 3 Instructor. The instrument used for qualitative analysis was constant comparison, peer debriefing, case record to lesson observation, member checks, semi-structured interview, documents collection for observation system.
As a result of the analysis of collected data, the following conclusions were obtained:
First, rumba licentiate is attended with basic factor. that is, Teaching and learning will be progress of the rumba associate(Fwd walk, Bwd walk, Fwd walk turning, Side step, Delayed walk, Cucaracha, Spinning, Spiral turn) course.
Second, rumba licentiate is more important to walking position and hip settle and accuracy than associate course.
Third, rumba licentiate skill is a matter of great importance to the efficiency method of pass on energy to fellow(partner).
Fourth, Specially, It is necessary for communication of immortal love through the rumba movement. So, Must do it! We are share the same emotion and deep affections .
