This study purpose is designed to find out the effects of employee empowerment and justice on job satisfaction among travel agency that is needed in helping travel agency management strategy. This study was conducts by means of a questionnaire survey of travel agency of office workers and, there were 265 responses. The questionnaire is mainly formulated with the questions to answer in 5-point scale, ranging from the most important to most unimportant. The research was conducted by using statistical packages of SPSS and AMOS(Structural Eqation Modeling) to achieve this objective. The finding shows that there were the relationships of empowerment, Justice, and job satisfaction in the travel agency of office workers. The first, empowerment work meaningfulness had an positive effect on job satisfaction. The second, Self-determination empowerment had an positive effect on job satisfaction. The third, role impact empowerment had an positive effect on job satisfaction. The fourth, interaction justice had an positive effect on job satisfaction. This study suggests the way how to manage of human resources strategy effectively in the travel agency by examining effect of empowerment and justice to the job satisfaction.
