The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction on convenience food and to suggest the direction of business in home meal replacement. The survey was conducted with undergraduate students in Incheon area, through a total of 300 questionnaires from September 4th to 18th in 2017 and used 287 copies in the analysis of EFA, reliability, cluster analysis(K-means), chi-square test and one-way anova analysis were conducted with SPSS 18.0. program. The results of this study are as follows; First, the type of food-related lifestyle were "gourmet", "tasty", "normal" and "economical". Second, the type of food-related lifestyle didn"t show significant difference by the demographic characteristics. Third, the difference of satisfaction on convenience food by the type of food-related lifestyle also didn"t show significance. But in group, "tasty" showed strong satisfaction on convenience food. It indicated that this study had significant outcomes because of being conducted from undergraduate students" satisfaction, comparing with by the group of food-related lifestyle in Incheon area, on convenience food, the new hot trend in foodservice industry. And also it indicated that the convenience food was recognized to be HMR(home meal replacement) instead of "home meal" to the students.
