This study analyzed the moral and social character to find the best teaching methods of the human character through physical education via gymnastics, track and field games, presentation, physical activity and health section of the 5th and 6th grade in the elementary school. Then we intend to present the teaching methods which are useful in physical education and consider the problem from many other angles There is much involved in the voluntary positiveness, practice to solve the learning task and the factor of social character. In the moral character, there are contained the rules which observe the game, self-role on the respect, but we analyzed that they had less compassion which is helpful to friends, politeness which aids teaching, honesty which admit himself or herself and the factor of the justice. In physical education, teachers have to teach character education as follows. In the gymnastic exercises teachers must teach the students to have interests and self-confidence from easy and simple action to high degree of complicated action step by step. In the athletic sports, teachers should teach track and field to get into everyday life and habitual before they make systems according to the learners` specificity. It is important to learn strategy and apply to skill in the game activity. In presentation action, we should develop cooperation to solve the learning task through holding learners` knowledge in common. In physical action, teachers guide the students to find out suitable exercise and should teach to increase the exercise time and the number of times. In health action, teachers have not to test learning knowledge about the health but to teach the students to practice it steadily in daily life. In physical education, it is the education of the whole man which should take seriously the view of practical character as an earnest aim in the elementary school and a task which pursues in the whole character and encompasses school life. In the physical education, it is important to have interests and concerns about the physical activity through the cooperative learning and play learning in each domain and the develop and adjust the game the sports action in order to progress basic ability which is adaptable to sports action and establish and run the teaching-learning plan.
