The purpose of this study was to investigate an administration state on the 7th physical education curriculum at elementary school. Also this study is to investigate what impedes an effective administration of physical education curriculum. By doing this ; I had intended to put a verdict on the present situation of physical education curriculum and provide a basic data for the normal administration of physical education curriculum at elementary school, and required for developing the new physical education curriculum. This study has been conducted on the basis of review of literature on the research findings related the study. Surveys were conducted on the current 324 teachers from public elementary schools in Daegu, Kyong-Buk provinces in order to find out an administration State on the 7th Physical Education Curriculum by means of questionnaires. The study was analyzed differences of administration State by sex, locality of school, and teaching experience for teacher. The administration State profiles like frequency and percentage were used to analyze the data collected. Statistical techniques to analyze the data were used a SPSS program. On the basis of the analyzed data, the following conclusions were drawn: First, The level of using ministry of education or local education authoritys` curriculum guide was not high. Also the administrative plan of physical education curriculum at the elementary school was moderate accordance with the actual learning content. Second, most of elementary school teachers do have a low level of comprehension for the objectives and content of physical education curriculum, and recognize that appropriateness for amount of learning content and degree of difficulty for learning content were not adequate. Third, elementary school teachers does not fully educated for the content of physical education curriculum at teachers` training institute. Also it is found that the lack of athletic facilities and equipments serves as hindrance to the success of the physical education program. Fourth, as an effective teaching method of physical education, instruction for the motor activity-centered independent creative participation, security of time on task, use of community equipments, habituation of physical exercise were more progressive than pre-research. Fifth, as evaluation of physical education, synthetic evaluation tendency of motor ability, knowledge, attitude was comparatively high with a parallel tendency of quantitative and qualitative evaluating method. However, the application of evaluation result was mostly used not in qualitative improvement of introduction but in production for the arithmetic mean.
