The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among service quality of sport event, service value, emotion, participants' satisfaction. In detail, the study was examined how service quality of sport event influenced service value, emotion, participants' satisfaction and how service value influenced participants' satisfaction and how emotion influenced participants' satisfaction. The population of this study was players who had attended floorball sport event in Gangwon province. Using convenience sampling method, 152 data were finally used for this study. A survey was conducted with questionnaire by self administration method after had explained the purpose of this study. It was used SPSS 14.0 statistic program for analyzing data. The statistical technique by used for data analysis was frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. Results of this study were as followed : First, service quality(facilities, convenience) gave positive impact to service value. Second, service quality(operational system, facilities) gave positive impact to emotion. Third, service quality(operational system, convenience, reliability) gave positive impact to participants' satisfaction. Fourth, service value gave positive impact to participants' satisfaction. Fifth, emotion gave positive impact to participants' satisfaction.
