The purpose of this study was to stress and close up the importance of human relationship between sport for all leaders and participants by examining their relationship as an educational environment and its influence on the satisfaction of participants. To maintain this purpose, questionnaires for survey were distributed over 500 members in swimming sport centers in Seoul and 484 members of sampling were used. In order to measure the human relationship between sport for all leaders and participants, $quot;The Model of Measurement of Class Preservation$quot; by David G. Ryans, was used and modified on the intention of this study. To measure the satisfaction of partispants, $quot;Leisure Satisfaction Scale$quot; by Ragheb and Beard(1982) was used and modified as well. The statistical methods used in this study were Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Principal Component Analysis, t-test, Analysis of Variance, Pearson`s Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis, etc. Major findings of the study through above mentioned method and process are as follows: 1. After correlated analysing questions about human relationship and participant satisfaction, it was showed that the better human relationship between sport for all leaders and participants had higher participant satisfaction. 2. After getting results of technical statistics for the 16 questions about the level of perception of relationship with sport for all leaders, it was showed that good relationship with sport for all leaders was positive. 3. After committing Multiple Regression Analysis by using two factors between over-all relationship with sport for all leaders and over-all level of participants satisfaction in order to clarity the influence of the former on the latter, there was significantly high in case of men. 4. In the respect of age, there was significant relations between the relationship with sport for all leaders and the level of participants satisfaction in all ages, and the level of participants satisfaction was higher in case of more aged members than young members. 5. In the respect of educational background, there was significant relations between the relationship with sport for all leaders and the level of participants satisfaction in all groups regardless of educational background, an the level of participants satisfaction was higher in the under of high school educated group than more educated group. 6. In the respect of terms of sport participant, there was significant relations between the relationship with sport for all leaders and the level of participants satisfaction in all groups regardless of terms, and the level of participants satisfaction was higher till 3 years of sport activity, and there was less impact on the level of participants satisfaction in case of 3 years passen. 7. in the respect of types of sport centers, there was significant relations between the relationship with sport for all leaders and the level of participants satisfaction in both public and private centers, and the level of participants satisfaction was higher in case of the members in private than public.
