In the intrinsic layer, the interface defects, band offset, band gap can influence of the structure’s properties and parameters. In this study, we used double intrinsic layer with amorphous silicon and amorphous silicon oxide as a role of improvement of transmittance. Optimizing the i-a-SiOx : H microstructure is essential in carrier transportation through tunneling and thermal emission. Furthermore, using the silicon oxide can improve the transmittance so that the JSC improved. Through the macleod simulation, we adjust various thickness 3 to 20 nm of amorphous silicon.
