Stress and lack of sleep cause reactive oxidant production in modern people, cuasing harmful effects such as decreased inmmunity. Therefore, antioxidant products capable of controlling oxidizing substances are in the spotlight. Through this study, we tried to confirm the possibility of use as a health functional food by 1:1:1(A) and 3:3:1(B) extracted ratios of Backhousia citriodora and Lyope platyphyla and Angelica gigas.
