This study investigated the consumption behavior, importance, and satisfaction of meal kits among women in their 30s, who purchase them the most. Frequency analysis was conducted to find out demographic characteristics and consumption patterns using the statistical package program SPSS statistics Version 26.0, and the importance and satisfaction of the milk kit selection attributes from 30s women was conducted using IPA (importance-performance analysis) method. In addition, the difference between importance and satisfaction was analyzed using an independent two-sample t-test. As a result of the analysis, married, office/administrative positions, and one family member, the average gross income was 3,990,000 won, university degree, the average cost of eating out per household was 400,000~590,000 won, once a week, I paid 30,000 won to 40,000 won online to purchase 3 meals of Korean meal kits online. The reason I bought the meal kit was convenient, so favorite menu items were budaejjigae, doenjangjjigae, bulgogijeongol, tteokbokki, sundubujjigae and steak. As a result of analyzing the IPA matrix, the first quadrant is sanitary manufacturing, plenty of ingredients, nutritional excellence, origin of food ingredients, expiration date mark, nutritional information labeling, eco-friendly packaging container, the second quadrant is taste, product satisfaction for the price, various menu, new menu, convenience of cooking, food quality, quantity of food, various price ranges, reliable brand, reduction of cooking time, the third quadrant is eco-friendly organic food ingredients, recommendation from acquaintances, the fourth quadrant did not appear. Therefore, based on this study, it is possible to develop a meal kit for women in their 30s who consume the meal kit very often.
