The purpose of this study is to present the development plan after analyzing the problems and limitations on the operation of reserve forces training center and scientific reserve forces training. In this study, the direction of development of reserve forces training for developing elite reserve forces is presented as follows. First, Mobilization non-participation training, Mobilization non-participation supplementary training, and Mobilization non-participation be carried forward training shall be excluded from reserve forces training center and the mobilization unit shall be responsible for training in order to ensure the proper size of the training personnel and stable operation of scientific equipment. Second, training methods and systems should be improved for each subject of training, such as virtual simulation shooting ranges, indoor shooting range, and urban combat training ground. Third, more careful consideration is needed to reinforce the formation of reserve forces training center and optimize instructor operation. The number of professional instructors shall be increased and the facility?equipment management officer shall be assigned, respectively, and the medical-noncommissioned Officer shall be assigned. At the same time, the correlation between training ground conditions and the operation of instructors should be closely analyzed for each reserve forces training center to determine whether to increase the number of instructors or to support the training of local reserve army commanders. It is expected that the performance of reserve training will be enhanced and ultimately further developed into a elite reserve force capable of displaying standing-level combat capabilities if it is carried out with priority from what is practicable through active review.
