In order to ensure the safety of the nation and the people and perform the important duty of being responsible, training should be conducted similarly to the actual situation so that emergency situations can be dealt with. If training is not conducted in peacetime as in wartime, the safety of the nation and the people as well as one"s own life is not guaranteed during wartime. In order to do that, training creates a situation where you can feel like a real enemy, and training with a presence is essential. In this study, a research model was constructed on the effects of training on educational satisfaction, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction, focusing on the sense of presence of training, and the influencing factors were identified. For empirical analysis of 607 valid samples, the hypothesis was verified using programs of SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 27.0. As a result of the study, it was found that the sense of presence of training affects educational satisfaction, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. The military school prepares scientific combat training in advance, focuses on classes, improves physical strength, and affects educational satisfaction, and It was found that self-efficacy improved after scientific combat training, leading to job satisfaction in field units. Based on this study, it is expected that research on training with a sense of reality in various fields will be conducted to ensure the safety of the nation and its people.
