In this paper, I investigated the problems in using honorific expressions of Japanese company workers and analyzed and discussed them from the viewpoint of NAIYO(contents). The NAIYO is composed of "DAIZAI(subject)" which is "about what" in communication and "NAIYO(contents)" which is what "is" trying to express and understand. In this paper, 23 employees who are enrolled in a Tokyo publishing company in Japan freely describe "scenes that are difficult for usage of honorifics as a member of society · scenes that are easily failed" and used them as materials. From the subject matter of the DAIZAI, I could not find any trend in the results. However, I found that the greatest number of opinions gathered in the use of KEIGO. In addition, I noticed that not only the honorific expressions as a social product but also the honorific expression as an individual's self expression. Also, I revealed to use honorifics expression to compensate for lack of politeness. From the aspect of the NAIYO of the NAIYO, it was made clear that there are differences in the NAIYO used by human relations. I also mentioned the relation between the atypical honorific expressions and the NAIYO. Regarding the application to Japanese language education, I mentioned the formal and atypical aspects of Japanese honorific expressions. Honorific expressions as self expression, nature and changes of Japanese honorific expressions, and various NAIYO issues were also described by practical examples and actual examples.
