As computers and Internet became widely used, the opportunities of using Information-Communication-Technology(ICT) for the elementary students have increased. The special program is needed for the elementary school teachers who had learned before Information-Communication-Technology age, in order to enhance their teaching methods and strategies for the students in present or future. This study investigated the perceptions and abilities of using the ICT for pre-service elementary school teachers through survey. According to the survey, they responded that it is desirable to use Internet because it can provide the various teaching materials for the school science classes. The pre-service elementary school science teachers were connected internet almost everyday, but they were using it just for sending or receiving e-mails. Many of them were capable of managing various soft-wares like, word processor, photoshop, presentation tools and a quarter of them had their own home pages. The results of this study showed that pre-service elementary school teachers should learn how to use various kinds of softwares, which can be applied when they teach science or ICT.
