Experimental practice is prerequisite to carry out efficient science education. Science teachers, however, are confronted with many limitations and obstacles for the execution of experiment education. For the revitalization of experiment education, we should try to find a reasonable and practical solution in the field rather than implementing macro-educational policies. The aim of this study was to search out a support plan in order to revitalize experiment education in secondary schools in the perspective of a central roles of Teachers College. First, we studied in order to comprehend the difficulty of practicing experiments in the position of teachers and to comprehend the perception of teacher in order to resolve the problematics of experiment education through an open debate, a descriptive survey and a ranked-choice questionnaire. On the basis of the diagnosis concerning the preceding surveys, we found and suggest core support tasks to activate experiment education in the perspective of the central roles of the Teachers College as ① an introduction and the training of teacher in charge of the experiments in the secondary schools, ② the establishment and management of a web-based network of experiment education information, ③ preparation and application of the certificating system on the practicing ability of experiments.
