The objective of this work is to present problems and instructions for teaching and learning Korean as a foreign language with high quality. After data collecting, writer would like to present problems and instructions as following:• Problem about teaching and learning Korean as a foreign language ๑. The sentence structure of Korean language is different. Moreover, in some case, the pronunciation is different from the written form. These problems, learner must be accuracy in writing and speaking. ๒.The problem about learner. It could be said that there are few serious learners. Most of them are interested because of Korean trend only. ๓. The problem about instructor. There is still lack of instructors comparing with the number of learner. Also, the instructor does not have many chances to develop higher Korean knowledge. ๔. The problem about learning materials. They are not enough comparing with requirement from both in and out the institution. ๕. There is lack of teaching and learning media. • Solutions ๑. Korean instructor should get opportunity to develop Korean knowledge frequently. Moreover,there should be seminar to exchange knowledge and experience among Korean instructors from different institutions. ๒. It is needed to invite native instructor to exchange knowledge because local instructors could have chance to communicate with the native. ๓. Creating project to make learning materials together could be in group or with instructors from different institutions. ๔. Thinking about the research co-operation between institutions especially in-class research. ๕. Making medias together among the institutions. If there is strong support from each institution to develop teaching and learning Korean language from the above statements, it will create good effect to learners and expand Korean study further.
