The purpose of this study is to test the structural relationships of employment instability, psychological contract violation, mindfulness and job stress in the hotel industry. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the 352 employees’ of deluxe hotels(5 stars, 4 Stars) in the Seoul area. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and covariance analysis using the statistical package of SPSS (12.0) & AMOS (6.0). The results of this study could be summarized as follows; First, the employment instability (the employment insecurity, anxiety about dismissal) have a positively affects the level of hotel employees’ psychological contract violence. Second, the employment instability (the employment insecurity, anxiety about dismissal) have a negatively affects the level of hotel employees’ mindfulness. Third, the employment instability (the employment insecurity, anxiety about dismissal) have a positively affects the level of hotel employees’ job stress. Fourth, psychological contract violation has a negative effect on his mindfulness. Fifth, psychological contract violation has positive effect on his job stress. The final chapter, concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for effective personnel policies.
