This study was conducted to present practical implications for hotel companies for hotel employees with a lot of emotional labor and job stress at the front line based on the results of the study on the effect of mindfulness on job involvement and job performance for hotel company employees. The survey was conducted for one month from August 1 to 31, 2023. A total of 300 copies were distributed, and a total of 290 copies were recovered, and 278 copies, excluding 12 questionnaires that were answered insincerely, were used as empirical analysis data. First, in verifying the causal relationship between mindfulness and job involvement, all sub factors of mindfulness(decentralism, non-judgmental acceptance, present self-awareness, attention) were found to have a significant positive effect on job involvement. Therefore, hypothesis 1 was adopted. Second, as a result of verifying the causal relationship between mindfulness and job performance, hypothesis 2 was partially adopted because two(decentralism, attention) of the sub-factors of mindfulness(decentralism, non-judgmental acceptance, present self-awareness, attention) did not have a significant positive effect on job performance. Third, it was confirmed that a significant positive relationship was established between the verification of the causal relationship between job involvement and job performance.
