The purpose of current study is to analyze the effect of select attributes of side-dish store on the economic value, trust, and loyalty. Based on this study, the results contributes to establish effective management strategies and provide the basics of improvement direction for side-dish store. In addition, this study will clarify how these variables relate to each other. This study was conducted for consumers who had purchased products from side-dish stores. Of the 231 samples, 221 were used for the empirical analysis except for 10 unsubstantiated questionnaires. Current study used the SPSS 21.0 statistical program and used frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis. The findings of current study verified that product quality, simplicity, packaging are significant components which influence on economic value as well as trust in side-dish stores. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue in the HMR(Home Meal Replacement) industry.
