This study was conducted to examine the causal relationships between the educational service quality, self-efficacy and level of educational satisfaction of culinary educational institutions in Busan area. 302 questionnaires which were completed by students of culinary educational institutions were utilized for statistical analysis with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Frequency analysis was conducted to assess the demographic characteristics of the respondents along with the execution of reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for each measurement item. Moreover, regulation effects on the adaptation of the overall model, and organic causal relationship and presence of license by using structural equation model were used for verification of hypothesis. As results, partial causal relationship between the educational service quality and self-efficacy was confirmed and the self-efficacy had most influential relationship with the level of educational satisfaction. Regulation effects of the presence of chef license were confirmed only in the domain in which the self-efficacy has effect on the level of satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect of the educational service quality on the self-efficacy of the students with license is greater than that of the students without license. At last, the implications of this study were well performed and discussed.
