The objective of this research is how the communication between the workers of Taekwondo Do-Jang influence the workability of organization and this research can be a basic data for the effective management of Taekwondo Do-Jang and to provide various information to the workers of Taekwondo. This research is based on the datum from the instructors in the Kyungkido, who are selected by simple random sampling, the total number of instructor is 184, man 175, woman 9. The content of the question is compose by the bellows, 22 questions as to the Circumstance of Working, 12 questions as to the Satisfaction of Working, 18 questions as to the Satisfaction of Do-Jang, and 5 questions as to the Interest in Working, the Reliability of the Question of Communication is 0.911 the Satisfaction of Working 0.933, the Interest of Working 0.864. the statistic of this research is treated by Windows for SPSS V. 9.0 Statistics package, The instructors are more familiar w'th students than the president of Do-Jang. The younger and the unmarried and lower belt instructors are more familiar and have good communication. Particularly the younger president is more active to keep close relationship with instructors and students. The newly opened Do-Jangs and located residence apartment are more cooperative and keep good relationship with parents of young students. Instructors enjoy their working, more pleasantly than president and are doing overtime working than the other general workers. According to the data from the question of the Satisfaction of Working, most of instructors are satisfied with working and salary. The Peculiarity of Question of Communication and Satisfaction and interest exceeds 1.0 which indicates the human relationship between Taekwondo instructors and leaders in there working sites are excellent. According to the multiple regression analysis of communication and satisfaction of working, the Explanation of Satisfaction I, II, III is most effective factor is the relationship with students. According to the multiple regression analysis of communication and satisfaction, the explanation of satisfaction of working site the Explanation of Satisfaction is that the most important factor is the relationship between parents and second is the relationship between students and the third is the relationship between instructors and fellow workers. According to the multi regression analysis of and interest communication is the most important factor is the relationship between instructors and students.
