This study has a purpose to provide basic information that be required for operating and promoting the development as identifying relation of participation motivation and flow the recognition of Taekwondo demonstration team. For object of study to achieve its purpose, member of demonstration team what 2011 domestic university chosen as populations, and any sampling law used as sampling way. made 272 total questionnaires as effective samples. reliability of a measurement tool appeared to be from .502 to .877 executed multiple regression for data analyses. Got the following results according to study executed. First, recognition of Taekwondo demonstration training factors, attention factors, knowledge factors affect health factors of participation motivation and recognition of Taekwondo demonstration training factors, knowledge factors affect interest factors of participation motivation and recognition of Taekwondo demonstration attention factors affect education factors of participation motivation and recognition of Taekwondo demonstration training factors, effective factors, attention factors affect sociable factors of participation motivation and recognition of Taekwondo demonstration attention factors affect showed factors of participation motivation. Second, recognition of Taekwondo demonstration team training factors, attention factors affect recognition flow and recognition of Taekwondo demonstration training factors, attention factors, knowledge factors affect activity flow. Third, participation motivation health factors, interest factors, education factors, sociable factors affect recognition flow and participation motivation interest factors, education factors, sociable factors affect activity flow.
From the conclusive analysis from aforementioned results. Recognition of Taekwondo demonstration team influence to participation motivation. therefore, we can make higher that understanding level to Taekwondo demonstration team as bring into relief training, interesting knowledge, effect of recognition of Taekwondo demonstration team for the development of Taekwondo and base expansion of Taekwondo demonstration. Concurrently, inspiring the participation motivation based on health, interesting, education, social factors that make more attention to demonstration activity. hence, member of demonstration team and their master improve flow about professional knowledge, training, activity of demonstration. got the following this results that Taekwondo demonstration team operating and promoting the development through understanding all characteristics of Taekwondo demonstration and training by flow experience like maximum emotion, happy psychology condition, joyful experience.
