The purpose of this study was to closely examine the relationship of Taekwondo instructor’s organizational justice with job satisfaction and turnover intention. To achieve this objective, the subjects were established targeting 260 Taekwondo instructor’s working at Taekwondo studios that were formally registered in the Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do metropolis Taekwondo Association as of 2015. A sampling method was used convenience sampling. Two-hundred-fifty-six people were finally extracted and analyzed. A questionnaire was used for this survey. The collected data were analysed by multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 18.0 version. In results, Taekwondo instructor’s organizational justice was indicated to have influence upon job satisfaction. Also, Taekwondo instructor’s organizational justice was indicated to have influence upon turnover intention. Furthermore, Taekwondo instructor’s job satisfaction was indicated to have influence upon turnover intention. In addition, Taekwondo instructor’s organizational justice was indicated to have causality with job satisfaction and turnover intention. In conclusions, Taekwondo instructor’s organizational justice is to increase the job satisfaction and to decrease turnover intention. Furthermore, the job satisfaction could be known to be important parameter that plays a role of the link between organizational justice and turnover intention.
