The ultimate goal of dance education is to let learners deliver their thoughts, ideas and emotions through dancing, and it lies in developing the whole man by forneing a creative man with the development of learner`s creativity. To achieve this goal of dance education, dance teachers need to have interest what educational philosophy they have and how satisfied they are with their job. Therefore, this study gives chance to examine reality of dance education by identifying the real condition of and relation between dancer teachers` educational philosophy and job satisfaction, and it has the purpose to suggest guidelines to become better dance teachers. First, the focus dancing teachers(50%) think that we should put on our education most urgently is creativity education(39%) and technique-based education(24.5e) properly for the features of ` dancing`, and the task we are facing right now is art promotion education(50%). As for teaching methods of dancing, they think that interactive discussion (67.3%) is the most appropriate, and they have positive thinking of special danang activity(54.5%), educational punishment or feedback(64.5%). Second, dancing teachers have strong discontent with college entrance system(36.4e), and they pointed out improvement of er3ucataonal facilities(49.1%) and that should be improved as a top priority. A bird, the role model that dancing teachers want to raise is a person with quality of profession dancer(41.8`e), and the biggest problem learners has is lack of patience(36.4%) and weak willpower(28.7e). Also, they think teachers will real abilities (60.9`0 are the most desirable. Fourth, people who showed high degree of satisfaction on their work turned out to be those who are thirty-one years old or older, highly educated, married, in charge of preparing classes for the university entrance exam, having more experiences than others, having high income, and the differences of satisfaction were varied much. Fifth, as to the dancing teachers, the reason for becoming dancing teachers, what images of dancing teachers the teacher has in her/his nund, how the teacher thinks of corporal punishments on the students, what the teacher thinks is the most urgent thing that has to be corrected, what image of dancing teacher the teacher has affected on the teacher`s satisfaction and paroduced great deal of differences of the teacher`s satisfaction with their work.
