It can provide basic materials which can be helpful for P.E. teachers when they teach their students strategically. In order to do this, total 480 students who are attending 4 schools. The former one is for measurement of the types of the P.E. teacher’s teaching. The latter one is for measurement of satisfaction at P.E. teachers. Samplings are analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression by SPSS Ver. 12.0 program. Through these methods and processes of research, following conclusions are derived. First, in the P.E. teaching according to the statistical characteristics of the students, male always recognize better than female students, and 1st>2nd>3rd order in terms of an academic year. In terms of the age of P.E. teachers, the order is thirties>forties>more than fifties for democratic behavioral type, teaching and instruction type, and social supporting type. And for arbitrary behavioral type and positive compensated type, the order is forties>thirties>more than fifties. Second, in the degree of the satisfaction at P.E. class according to the statistical characteristics of the students, mal are satisfied more than female students in terms of teacher’s behavior, environment of P.E., and the score of P.E. On the other side, female students are satisfied more than male in terms of capacity for locomotion. According to the academic year, for whole sub-factors, the order is 1st>2nd>3rd, and forties>thirties>more than fifties for ages of P.E. teachers. Third, the teaching method of P.E. teachers and the degree of satisfaction ofl students have static correlations for all factors. Fourth, the effect of teaching method of P.E. teachers on the satisfaction of students at P.E. class can be observed in all types of teaching method of democratic behavioral type, arbitrary behavioral type, positive compensated type, teaching and instruction type, and social supporting type.
