The main purpose of this study is to research into and analyze how child physical education teachers are contented with their job, and how they think about it, clarify their satisfaction status, re-consider the reality, and prepare for a helpful way to improve the child physical education teachers' status and develop child education To the physical education teachers engages in physical education at child educational institutions is new town, Kyunggi-do as of 2003, the questionnaire survey was conducted. The sampled subjects were 120 teachers in charge of child education at 539 child educational institutions, and the case of the teachers carrying out physical education classes at other regions was not excluded. The questionnaire was divided to 7 parts of physical education teachers' general matters and job satisfaction, remuneration, relation with superiors, affairs, teaching capability, enhancement of specialization, recreation, and of them, the part of job satisfaction was composed of 21 items in total. For the gathered data, frequencies were analyzed using window SPSS 10.0, and to it, one-way ANOVA and t verification were applied. Based on the importance of child physical education teachers' job satisfaction affecting childrens's physical education, this study classified job satisfaction factors to teaching profession, remuneration, relation with superiors, affairs, teaching capability, enhancement of professionalism, recreation As a s result of analyzing their job satisfaction, following conclusion was obtained. First, the sex rate of child physical education teachers was higher in male than female as about 8 to 1, but there was no difference is satisfaction However, it was indicated monthly income was higher in male than female. Second, it was indicated under 29 accounted for 72/5% of the total, but satisfaction was higher in over 30. thus it found that the older, the higher satisfaction is. Third, it was examined unmarried subjects were more than married ones, but satisfaction was higher than in married ones. Fourth, the higher their school background, the higher satisfaction. Fifth, those with more career had higher income, and satisfaction as well. Sixth, there was no difference in satisfaction by major. Seventh, there was difference in satisfaction by posted agencies, but there was difference in posted agencies by sex. The male were higher in private agency members or freelancer, and the female was higher in baby sports members. Eighth, there was no difference in satisfaction by income. At large, there was high satisfaction in teaching profession, but satisfaction in reward was very lowe compared to other areas.
