The physical activities of pre-school children, which are achieved from educations or daily lives, have very important meanings during infant development as a sort of media containing everything & expressional means of problems, conflicts or feelings as well as sports capability of whole life time. Nowadays, the concept of E.Q.(Emotional Quotient). which enable someone to conduct high social life through proper control or management of others emotions, has been emphasized in the recent children educational trend of entire personality development with respect to inteligence, morality and health. In this situation, physical education for pre-school children should be conducted with well-balanced program which is able to improve sports technical understand and intelligent/emotional aspects together, considering that physical education develops self confidence, positive mind & creative talent, and helps in view of socialization & capability of intelligence. As a result of analysis for this and ealier studies, the education of physical activities for pre-school children appears to give positive influence on the improvement of motor fitness as well as emotional development. The physical activities of children help them to take fully advantage of their endowed emotions and to get more creative senses. self confidences & positive minds. After all. those positive influences shall contribute to develop entire humanity such as socialization, capability of intelligence. Therefore, the educational program, which is able to improve sports capability of pre-school children, is required to be studied gradually and to be provided to the educational fields.
