This research was done with help from 313 parents who have toddler and early children going to child care center in Seoul. Here are the results of the parents` recognition and requests about the early childhood physical activities in the child care center by using the "Self-Administration Method." In order to analyze the data, this study used a SPSSWIN ver. 10.0 program for statical analysis, and was completed using frequency analysis and one-way ANOVA analysis. The results of this study were as fallow. 1) The parents were aware of the necessity of the children`s physical activities and they were satisfied with the outcome of the new form of early childhood physical activities. 2) According to the result of the parents` recognition of the early children`s physical activities, they thought these activities were needed for the early children`s physical development and the most important thing was to improve this program and spread it out as much as possible. 3) The parents want the children to do these activities 2 or 3 times a week, 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Also they prefer to do this during the morning in the hall of the children educational department.
