This study was to examine the influnce of the factors of in-flight service on emotional reaction and the impact of their emotional reaction on their behavior intentions. It also examined the influnce of the factors of in-flight service on behavior intentions using PAD(pleasure, arousal, dominance) model of Mehrabian and Russell. The result of the study reveals that the factors of in-flight service are stimuli that enhance ‘pleasure’ but are not impact to ‘arousal’. In particular, ‘dominance’ of emotional reaction is strongly linked to entertainment service of in-flight service factors. Resurt also suggests that two of emotions impact to behavioral intentions. however ‘arousal’ of emotions had negative relationship to behavioral intentions. Finally, the effects of in-flight service on behavior intentions are partially correlated cabin attendent service, in-flight food service, in-flight sopping but not with entertainment, facilities or devices.
