The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of physical teacher's multiple role of Instructional leadership of the school manager. To set up the object of this research, 280 middle and high school teachers in In-Chon province are picked up by means of cluster random sampling. The method of inquiry was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was consisted of two factors, such as Instructional leadership of the school manager and physical teacher's multiple role. Each factor have 4 sub-variables.
The collected date was enforced the analysis of multiple regression using the SPSSWIN Ver 10.0. The conclusions were drawn as follows;
Instructional leadership of the school manager has had a significant influence upon the physical teacher's multiple role included teaching subject, administration, discipline and class management statistically. In part. class evaluation has not had an influence on it.
