This study aims to identify the impact of eco-friendly golf wear product attributes on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. To achieve this objective, an online survey was conducted targeting individuals with experience purchasing eco-friendly golf wear products, collecting 263 responses. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 23.0, performing frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of the study are as follows: First, among the sub-factors of eco-friendly golf wear product attributes, health and environmental sustainability were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, while price and safety did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, among the sub-factors of eco-friendly golf wear product attributes, price, health, and safety had a significant impact on purchase intention, while environmental sustainability did not have a significant effect on purchase intention. Third, customer satisfaction with eco-friendly golf products was found to have a significant impact on purchase intention. In addition, the study discusses the results, provides marketing implications, and suggests opportunities for future research.
