The purpose of this study is to investigate the selection attributes of billiard room consumers and to understand the relationship between satisfaction and repurchase intention.
The survey period is from January 15 to February 28, 2024, and the survey method was conducted by the subjects using the self-administration method. Based on this, a total of 200 questionnaires were collected, and 193 copies of data were finally used for empirical analysis, excluding 7 questionnaires that were judged to have responded insincerely. Data were analyzed using the SPSS (Window Ver. 26.0) statistical program, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed to obtain the following results. First, among the selection attribute factors of billiard room consumers, convenience and facility factors were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction, and accessibility and price factors did not show a significant effect
Second, among the selection attribute factors of billiard room consumers, facility and price factors were found to have a significant effect on repurchase intention, and there was no significant effect on convenience and accessibility factors.
Third, it was found that the satisfaction of billiard room consumers had a significant effect on repurchase intentions.
According to the study, although the factors affecting satisfaction and repurchase intentions are somewhat different for billiard room consumers, it was found that there was a close correlation, and it proved that the satisfaction of billiard room consumers was an important factor in determining repurchase intentions.
