Although the Korean natural wine market is gradually expanding, there is still little research on the perceived value, attitude, and purchase intention of natural wine. Thus, this study was conducted to investigate the influential relationships between perceived value, attitude, and purchase intention of natural wine and verify the moderating effects of involvement. Convenience sampling was used for the survey, which was conducted from April 8 to May 1, 2022 on personnel in wine companies and people who had completed a specialized wine program for one year or more. The SPSS WIN 22.0 program was used on the collected data to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, while the hedonic value and altruistic value of natural wine showed a significant influence on attitude and purchase intention, social value and cost-based value did not show a significant influence, and attitude showed a significant influence on purchase intention. As per verifying the moderating effects of involvement, involvement did not indicate a significant moderating effect. This study established the scholarly foundation of natural wine by researching the influential relationships of natural wine’s perceived value, attitude, and purchase intention and the moderating effects of involvement for wine experts and company personnel. In practical aspects, the study is also expected to have a positive impact on revitalizing the steadily growing natural wine market by contributing to the use of natural wine marketing
