The aim of this study is to determine the structural relationship between job insecurity, job stress, job satisfaction, and innovative behaviors for airline cabin crew and verify the mediating effect of job stress and job satisfaction in the relationship between job insecurity and innovative behaviors. Results from testing the hypotheses were as follows: First, it was found that the higher the cabin crew perceive job insecurity, the higher their job stress. Second, it was found that the higher the cabin crew perceive job stress, the lower their job satisfaction. Third, it was found that innovative behaviors increased significantly as job satisfaction of cabin crew increased, Fourth, the mediating effect of job stress and job satisfaction was found to be significant, as job insecurity was found to have a significant negative influence on innovative behaviors through job stress and job satisfaction. Thus, this study aims to contribute to the development of measures for effective human resource management by identifying the real problems airlines are faced with and suggesting basic directions for solving the problems.
