As interest in bakery increases, many students are also interested in confectionery bakers and choose to major in college. Now, the university has introduced itself into a fiercely competitive market. Therefore, the educational environment should be changed to maximize the efficiency of bakery major education. Also, the educational environment will play a very important role in major satisfaction and major commitment. Therefore, the factors of educational environment were analyzed and the effects on major satisfaction and major commitment were analyzed. Based on this, we will provide basic data for cultivating bakery professionals. For this purpose, an empirical study was conducted on college students majoring in bakery in Busan. The conclusions are as follows. First, The biggest reason for choosing bakery as a major was employment and aptitude. In addition, the most necessary subjects in bakery majors were found to have a very high proportion of majors. Second, the educational environment affects major satisfaction and major commitment. Teaching ability has the greatest impact, followed by the curriculum, social awareness, educational facilities, and support for career preparation. In particular, teaching ability is the most important. In Bakery education, practical education is very important. Therefore, the ability of the teaching leader is the most important in order to learn creative and scientific practical methods. Third, major satisfaction promoted major commitment. They will be immersed in my major and proud to have a sense of duty as a confectionery baker and grow into an expert.
