The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-congruity on the relationship between airline service-related majors on major commitment experience and evangelism to verify the mediating effect of major commitment experience, and to provide basic academic materials for enhancing competency in education by analyzing the difference between the two groups of lower grades and higher grades through a t-test. The study was conducted from February 1st to February 28th, 2021 using SPSS V. 21.0 on 272 airline service-related majors in University in Korea. The results of the study showed that self-congruity had a significant positive (+) effect on major commitment experience and evangelism, and major commitment experience had a mediating effect, and as a result of analyzing the differences between the groups of (freshman, sophomore) and (junior, senior), there was a difference. According to these results, Based on the interests and aptitudes of students in major, it induces students" intrinsic motivation by cultivating a sense of purpose and building a set of value in the major. This leads to attachment and devotion to the major department, which provides a positive word of mouth effect for it.
