연구 계획: 증례 보고. 목적: 요추부 경막내 추간판 탈출증(Intradural disc herniation, IDH)에 의해 발생한 마미 증후군 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 선행문헌의 요약: IDH는 매우 드물게 발생하나 신경학적 손상을 동반하는 경우가 많아 즉각적인 치료가 필요하다. 대상 및 방법: 34세 남자 환자로 요추부 경막내 종괴에 의한 마미 증후군 발생하여 수술적 제거를 시행하였다. 결과: 수술 소견 및 조직 검사상 IDH로 진단되었다. 결론: IDH는 매우 드물게 발생하지만 수술전 자기 공명 영상 검사상 경막내 병변이 확인된 경우 가능한 원인으로 고려되어야 한다.
