Emotional design studies is a necessity, the purpose of which is in such an increasingly accelerate the pace of life today, the rapid development of network technology in brings people convenience, at the same time also to a certain extent caused the lack of human feelings, most products designed to meet the use requirements and economic interests and ignore the spiritual value, so this paper puts forward the importance of emotional design. In today’s society, people’s spirit has been paid more and more attention due to the great material affluence. Spiritual needs have shifted from the simple use level to human, and its design concept has gradually changed from “form following function” to “form following emotion.” Starting from the emotional design in fiber design, this paper mainly studies the emotional expression of fiber design in interior decoration. Specific from the interior fiber decoration design color texture, green environmental protection and other aspects of emotional needs analysis, in-depth analysis of its emotional importance in the design. Explore how we can apply our own emotions to fiber design.
