This study seeks to analyze the relationship between the interaction of Physical Education instructor coach and student player and its impact on their adaptability to school and commitment to physical activity. A group of students players from a middle-high school that specializes in physical education in S city were selected for convenience sampling. The final analysis includes the sampling of 250 students. The collected data was analyzed using a statistics program called Windows SPSS PC+ 22.0 Version and AMOS 22.0 to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, one dimensional confirmatory factor analysis, credibility analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling analysis, and bootstrapping analysis. The deduced results are as follows. First, the interaction between the Physical Education instructor coach and student player shows a significant level of attentive impact on the students’ adaptability to school. Second, the interaction between the Physical Education instructor coach and student player does not show a significant level of attentive impact on the students’ commitment to physical activity. Third, the students players’ adaptability to school has a significant level of attentive impact on their commitment to physical activity. Lastly, the relationship between the interaction of Physical Education instructor coach and student player and the students players’ commitment to physical activity has a mediated effect on their adaptability to school.
