This paper examines the possibility of regional events that are not collected by the nation-state, centering on Okinawa and Jeju 4.3 novels. There have been many discussions that illuminated Okinawa and Jeju from the perspective of the memory struggle. In this paper, Okinawa and Jeju were not called for the restoration of memories and the investigation of truth, but how the two regions were called nation-people in the process of forming a nation-state after defeat and independence. Okinawa and Jeju share the history of transfer and resistance in that they have a complicated history of transfer as a nation-state and discovery of Locality. The method for reasoning Okinawa in Jeju and the method for reasoning Jeju in Okinawa will be different from the method for reasoning the central region of the nation-state. <God Island> is a binary conflict between persecution and damage over Okinawa group self-determination, eventually ignoring local responsibilities and the absence of these ethics often leads to the elimination of the empire's perpetual responsibility There is a lot to suggest in reading Jeju 4.3 novels. Reconstructing the truth through the memory struggle was one of the important themes to understand Jeju 4.3 novels, keeping in mind the fact that Jeju 4.3 was repressed from memories from a long country. However, there are limitations when the memory struggle is manifested in an approved or accredited manner that fills the country with memory that has not been approved by the state. This is why the boundary between Okinawa and Jeju can be amplified when Jeju 4.3 is accessed as a boundary imagination and the Jeju 4.3 novel is re-read based on this.
